Yes. Your data is visible only to you, protected by authentication and database-level access rules. We don't share your information with third parties.
No. Zenest gives you a clear, up-to-date estimate to help you understand your situation right away, but for official filings and specific cases we always recommend checking with your accountant or tax advisor.
Both options are available. If you've already downloaded your property list from the Italian Revenue Agency (via SPID), Zenest imports all your properties in one go. Alternatively, you can add them one at a time by uploading individual cadastral surveys.
